Witchfires Policies

Here we are, at the important juicy stuff.  I know, I know... we all hate the fine print.  BUT, it stands that we all need to know the ins and outs of how things work.  With that being said... drumroll please!!!

 

Refunds and Returns Policy:


We want you to LOVE your yarn as much as we do.  If you are unhappy with your purchase please reach out to us and let us know.  We will do everything in our power to make it right with you.  If we together decide that we need to pursue a refund or return, and yarn needs to be sent back to us, we will not be responsible for the return shipping charges, and they will need to be paid by you.  We will issue a refund/exchange of yarn only when the original purchase has been received back to us and in the same condition it was sent in (needs to be in new condition - not un-skeined, caked-up, or partially used.

All of our Mystery Bundles and Handspun skeins are sales - final.  No refunds or returns will be accepted. 

Any non-yarn items are also sales - final.  No refunds or returns will be accepted.

 

Shipping Policy:


We try as hard as we can to get all these lovely skeins and goodies out to you as soon as humanly possible.  Any dyed-to-order skeins will be subject to our current dyed-to-order timelines indicated in the turnaround time page.  If you want insurance on included in your shipping, please email us as it will be a separate charge.
