Refunds and Returns Policy:

We will Refund any Pre-order yarn within the first 48 hours of the initial order, since we have not yet purchased the yarn for fulfillment, however after that 48 hours we will not be able to refund your order.

All of our mystery or stash enhancement packs, in-stock yarn and hand spun skeins are sales - final.  No refunds or returns will be accepted. 

Any non-yarn items are also sales - final.  No refunds or returns will be accepted.

If there is an issue with your yarn that is our fault, we will make sure to make it right.  Please email us and we'll get back to you on our next admin day.

We typically take admin days once or twice a week to respond to emails (it's pretty busy over here!), so please be patient with our response.  It will come as soon as we can get to it!

 

Shipping Policy:

We try as hard as we can to get all these lovely skeins and goodies out to you as soon as humanly possible.  Any dyed-to-order skeins will be subject to our current dyed-to-order timelines indicated on the homepage of our website.  Any in-stock items purchased will typically be shipped within 3-5 business days.
